Case #18: History

From our Dermpath 100 Collection

A 28-year-old woman presents in mid-winter with painful, itchy red-purple lesions on her fingers and toes. The lesions appeared after prolonged exposure to col and improve slightly when she warms up. On examination, there are erythematous to violaceous papules and plaques on the dorsal fingers and toes, without ulceration or necrosis. She has no signs of systemic illness, and ANA testing is negative. What is your diagnosis?
